1. When selecting the nut column, the actual size range must be based on the thickness of the plate used. The hardness of the low-carbon steel plate must be less than 70RB, and the hardness of the stainless steel plate must be less than 80RB.
2. The surface of the free-cutting iron is treated, and the stainless steel maintains the original color. Users can order according to the model specifications in the table according to their needs, or special order according to their needs.
3. The plate hole size must be processed according to the tolerance size of 0-+0.075mm, and punching is recommended.
4. The installation must be realized through "squeezing riveting" operation, and must not be impacted and knocked in.
5. When stainless steel is used as the material, the tail number is marked with "S".
6. The end face of the nut column with straight teeth is indicated by "C".
7. The length of the through-hole nut column below 10mm is full wire, and the hexagonal end face square (type Ⅰ) or round end face (type Ⅱ) can be reamed when the length is above 10mm.
