Terminals have gradually been widely used in various fields, including signal terminals, power terminals, connection terminals, etc., which are the connection terminals in the circuit.
The terminal is the component that connects the battery to the external conductor. In electrical engineering, the terminal refers to the wiring terminal, also called the terminal. The types are divided into single-hole, double-hole, socket, hook, etc. From the material, copper-plated silver, copper-galvanized, copper, aluminum, iron, etc.
1. The drawing of terminal wiring diagram and phase wiring table should comply with the regulations of "Drawing of Control System Function Table Diagram" in GB6988.6-1993;
2. All wiring terminals and their leads should be marked with text symbols and wiring numbers consistent with the electrical schematic diagram. The project code, terminal number and wire number in the schematic diagram shall be compiled in accordance with GB5094-1985 "Project Code in Electrical Technology", GB4026-1992 "Electrical Equipment Terminals and Specific Wire End Identification and General Rules for the Application of Alphanumeric System "And GB4884-1985 "Insulated Wire Marking" and other regulations;
3. Different from the electrical schematic diagram, the various parts (contacts, coils, etc.) of the same terminal must be drawn together in the terminal wiring diagram;
4. The wiring diagrams of the wiring terminals are drawn with thin lines. The wiring method is divided into two types: the front wiring and the rear wiring. Generally, the front wiring is used. For simple electrical control components, the number of wiring terminals is small and the wiring relationship is not complicated. You can directly draw the wiring between the components; For complex components, the number of wiring terminals is large, and the wiring is more complicated, usually a wiring trough is used. As long as the wiring number is marked on each wiring terminal, it is not necessary to draw the wiring between each component;
5. The wiring diagram of the terminal block should indicate the type, specification, cross-sectional area and color requirements of various wires used for wiring;
6. When the components are connected to the external circuit, the large cross-section wires should be connected by connectors, and the others should be connected through the terminal block.
